      Returns and Exchanges

      Here at SEED we strive to offer you the best product possible and understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return an order to us. Please review the policy below to better understand our satisfaction terms.

      Online Domestic Policy

      Before a return is processed, please submit your inquiry to orders@seedpeoplesmarket.com with your order number, the reason for return, and images (if applicable) within 15 days of delivery.

      Once your return inquiry is confirmed, you have within 15 days from confirmation to ship your return. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot take responsibility for items returned without confirmation first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with its original packing slip and tags attached. 

      Items that may be exempt from return:

      • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines 
      • Sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses
      • Health, cosmetic and bath items

      In-Store Policy

      Eligible returns and exchanges must be brought in within 30 days of purchase with the original/gift receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment, unless unable to process at which time store credit will be issued.

      Items that are FINAL sale and are exempt from return and/or exchange: 

      • Sale merchandise
      • Swimwear, hosiery/undergarments
      • Earrings 
      • Health, cosmetic and bath products

      We reserve the right to refuse or limit returns or exchanges for any reason.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@seedpeoplesmarket.com.

      Sale items (if applicable)

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@seedpeoplesmarket.com.

      Shipping

      Please contact the SEED Peoples Market web team prior to sending any orders back to the store as we require that returns and exchanges be processed prior.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed upon as a result of an order error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
